1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and okpl Casino ("okpl," "we," "us," "the Platform"). 3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) active account with okpl Casino. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your okpl account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — strictly confidential. okpl Casino staff will never request your password.
• Immediately notify okpl's support team of any unauthorized use of or access to your account.

okpl Casino is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your okpl account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

okpl Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits are credited to your okpl wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). okpl Casino will not process withdrawals to accounts where KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

okpl Casino may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules apply to that game.

• Any conduct that okpl Casino reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or harmful to other players, staff, or the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okpl Casino and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

okpl Casino's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your okpl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okpl Casino does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary service disruptions. okpl will not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

11 Privacy

okpl Casino collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Account Termination

okpl Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the event of:

• Any breach of these Terms or our other policies.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC identity verification.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

In the case of termination for breach, okpl Casino reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If informal resolution is not achievable within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts or arbitration body as designated under applicable regulations.
